POODODO’s Global Rental Booking and Property Management Platform allows users to book accommodation by location, travel dates, number of travelers, accommodation type (house or hotel), price, and travel location. Each accommodation features property descriptions, images, calendars, and reviews. Users benefit when they have enough information to make a confident booking decision.

Poododo Overview

POODODO’s platform offers a multi-step booking process. Users can create a reservation request, choose a payment option, and make the reservation. Pricing transparency and reservation updates are provided to users. Users can see the status of their reservations (pending, accepted, ongoing, or completed) to improve management.

POODODO allows hosts to fully customize their rental accommodations by using the property management feature to create and upload property images, establish property-specific house rules, and implement flexible pricing (e.g., seasonal pricing or weekly discounts). Hosts can also set their listings to require either manual booking approval or automatic booking approval.

POODODO fosters trust between users and hosts by providing identity verification and an inventory of hosting systems. Users who have check-in photos can report check-in issues, and hosts can either validate or dispute them to reduce conflicts and ensure accountability for users and hosts throughout their stay.

Secure payment processing, automatic commission deductions, scheduled payments, and a detailed transaction history are provided to hosts. POODODO also offers a dual-review rating system and badges to create a transparent, trustworthy rental ecosystem that enables hosts and users to have a seamless rental experience.
